I firmly believe that the best way to manage your life is to set yourself achievable goals along the way. This is why I define a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together with all my clients during our first consultation.
I use these to develop a customised training programme for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds, but usually just a little bit of walking won’t do the trick. Your customised programme will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term.

Together, we can improve your physical shape. We train your body and use small steps to get you into the best shape of your life. This programme is ideal for social athletes and runners training. 

 

Muscle Training, Sports and Relaxing Massages

We will train at the local parks, in the comfort of your home or at The 1-2-1 Osteopathic Clinic in Esher, which offers us reasonable rates and machines I am familiar with. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!

 

Deep tissue Sports and Swedish relaxing massage is widely used in the world of sport to enhance performance and prevent injuries. Early treatment of tense muscles can help avoiding over-use injuries.

 

Preparing for and recovering from a competitive event are also important parts of sports massage therapy. A good whole body massage can produce a feeling of relaxation and general well-being. Relaxation of muscles is achieved through warmth, circulation and stretching. The massage improves circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system and aids the muscles in the repair process by getting rid of debris from tissue damage and inflammation. Regular sportsmassage is beneficial as it will encourage your muscles to relax, repair, lengthen and boosting your immune system.
