4 participants is a minimum for a class to run
No classes during Half-term, Bank and Summer Holidays
Personal Training
Client - Trainer Agreement
- The trainer will use her skills and knowledge to
design a safe program of exercise that will take into account the clients
personal goals, fitness level and exercise likes and dislikes - The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision and
advice and support that the client may need to help them achieve their goals. The client’s progress will be regularly monitored and the program revised and adjusted accordingly. - The trainer will provide the necessary equipment and
will organise appropriate venues for all training sessions. - All medical client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If the trainer requires further information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.
- It is understood between client and trainer that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort
- The client is required to arrive 5 min. prior to a training session, so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.
- The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

Health Screening
- All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.
- Your trainer may require a letter of medical clearance from you GP. Please be aware, that your GP may charge you for this.
Cancellation
Policy
- 48 hours otice of cancellation is required for all appointments
- Notice of between 24 hours and 48 hours will require a 50% payment of the session fee
- Notice of ess than 24 hours notice will incur full payment of the session fee.
Lateness Policy
- If you are late for a session the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.
- If I am late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
Fee charging
Policy
- Payment for single sessions must be made at the time of the booking. Cheques to be made payable to Charlotte Rehn
- Block bookings must be paid in advance, BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance However, all sessions must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.
- All monies paid are non-refundable.
Privacy
If you sign up for our newsletter, fill in the contact form or opt in on our registration form your e-mail address will be added to the mailing list from Go Nordic.
You will be kept informed about our Nordic Walking classes, personal training or sports massage offers. If you do not wish to receive mails, text messages or newsletters please return with UNSUBSCRIBE.
Additionally, we will ask your permission to use photographs taken during classes and events on our registration form. Please opt out, if you do not wish for your photos to be use on the Go Nordic website or posted in the Go Nordic Facebook group. We do not have any control over the use of photos posted on the Go Nordic website or Facebook.
You will be offered the opportunity to be removed from our mailing list or photos
at any time. We do not pass on any personal details to any other organisation.
